Do not use this oil in diesels! Must meet 505.01 (fixed) or 507.00 (variable). 505.00 is a big no no

Interestingly the genuine oil filter which I got from Audi the other day did not behold the zig-zag pattern of it's predecessor, just regular straight lines. I wonder if this is cost-cutting on their part.

It looks like they have changed the filters, the ones we are fitting at work on the new audi's are the same, gone from the zig zag to the straight lines
