Help:) Air intake resonator and Throttle body.

Hi, I'm thinking of cleaning the throttle body of my A2 petrol. However, seems like I need to remove the intake air resonator completely. What's stopping me, is that I can't figure out how to remove the two rubber mounts in the back of the intake air resonator (the big plastic thing). I haven't seen mounts like that before. How can I loosen/disconnect/remove them?

Okay, so I just pull the resonator right up? Yes, they are dam tight, but I'll give it a try!:)

As with any rubber parts, if you can get some WD40 onto them, it'll make removal a LOT easier.

Try to remove most of the lubricant on re-fitting though, to make the fit more secure.
