Help has any one changed a brake light bulb on a vw golf 04?

Hi,

My sisters golf has a break light bulb gone. Looking at it the whole unit comes away from the inside. There seems to be a grey knob that you turn to undo this unit. But it's very tight and I can't undo it. I was wondering if anyone had done this and i am looking at the right thing, before I break it lol.

And tips or hints would be greatfully recived.

Any chance of a pic David ? but it does sound like the right thing and from personal experience with the new cars (not on a car of that age) they are very tight

Worked it out in the end. I did ask my sister if she had the user manual and got "don't be stupid"lol

Digging around in her boot I found the tool to remove the light unit. I did ask if she had it and got a similar responce.

So when I had that it was prety easy after that.
