Although, with 24'000 Km (less than 15'000 miles) on my car, I certainly don't stand a chance of setting any records, just wondering who is the current record holder with the most miles (or kilometers) on their A2? My local dealer said he has a client with over 100'000.

Is this miles or km?

Ours has 18700 miles so no winner here..

I think Dennis has a fair few racked up in his A2, can't remember for sure. I'm still under 3,000 I think.

The 100'000 referred to by me earlier would be kilometers. That is still over 60'000 miles.Switzerland, although a small country, does have some high mileage drivers. My colleague at work has almost 300'000 kilometers on his 1999 A4, petrol.

Well the rain stayed off and the temp guage in the car read 24 degrees c.

In total I did 350 miles and I enjoyed every single one of them. The A2 is an excellent motorway mile mucher!

During the 350 miles I only saw 3 A2'S, anybody in Kendal today?

We have 70,000 kms on our 2001 A2 here in southern France. Mostly long runs between villages, not a lot of city driving.

2001,Silver, 1.4tdi pack,
 
Mine is somewhere between 43k and 44k (miles) atm. Bought it in April 2001. Have noticed that the handling doesn't seem as sharp as it used to - has anyone else found the same?

Suffolk is more dangerous than you think...
 
61,000 miles, so out of warranty now!

Have now got 25000 miles on the clock no problems not had first service yet got about 3000 miles to go as the service interval shows.
has the guy who has done over 60000 had any problems with his a2 or has it been plain sailing and what kind of service interval did you opt for.
Would be grateful for a repsonse.

Just done 13,000 since March 2003 - got TDI on 100,000 miles 3 year deal... update at first service - the joy of 'sales'
