Hitting Things....

My mate hit a donkey, not something you expect to run out of a hedge! Apparently he saw one run out and laughed his head off, then thought "hope donkeys are not like deers that always run out in pairs - WHAM! Yes apparently they do. He was in a lorry, wrote off the lorry and the donkey.

Still don't think it beats a step ladder.

Haven't hit anything really in my A2 yet (knock on wood)....
Hit several cars while driving other cars (but that's called 'accident' - let's disregard that)

Once rear-ended a seagull in a friend's car.
It was a brand new shining yellow Ford Focus. His pride and joy.
But a seagull decided it wanted to evade the car (that I was driving at the time) by flying out in front of it.....bad choice!

The seagull ended up inside the lower part of the bumper after having crashed through an area of plastic grill, wings folded outside and the rest inside the bumper. It was half dead (tried to flap its wings sometimes) and stuck too! (Got pictures to prove it!)
We managed to pry it out somehow. It had died in the meantime. Quite awfull.
And I paid for a replacement grill....
