I Fancy One of These...

Having experience of both I'd rather have a 5 series GT. Fab car for motorway cruising and I thought in a different league to the A6.

HUD sounds like a cool idea.
 
They were when I looked at used ones , the 5GT loses a lot in year 1, so the 530 vs 3l tdi that I was considering was comparable. After my last couple of BMWs Audi would have to do something special to make me give them money again from new / nearly new. The BMW doesn't look much inside if you like Audi interiors but the drive is excellent.
 
I quite fancy a 3.0tdi, if they are quite good on fuel.

Ive had a Audi 2.0tdi 143 recently, which was quite nippy.
 
20" wheels on a 2.0 diesel car......:roll eyes:

Seriously.....There's something about the way the wheels sit in the arches that doesn't look quite right. Have a look at some pictures over on the VWAudiForum in the C7 section and you'll see what I mean. They're the right design for the model but these to my eyes look as if they're not sitting right.
