low oil pressure, 1bar tested any ideas? audi a2 1.4 petrol

hi, got the low oil pressure light coming on when revs increase over 1200rpm, changed the sensor and still comes on. just been serviced so oil levels ect are ok, had the pressure tested and its only getting up to 1bar. engine sounds fine, no funny noises ect.
oil pump was changed two years ago along with head gasket but timing belt due in about 3000mls.

Failing that, a wild guess - The oil pump locates over the the end of the crank and is driven by small lobes machined on the crankshaft nose (crank protrudes through the oil pump body) If the lobes wear its possible this 'through drive' slips as the oil pressure increases and the oil pump becomes harder to turn.
