might have filled with the wrong oil

I have changed the oil in the A2 1.6fsi, and put titan fully synthetic 5w 30 longlife oil in which states on the can VW 503 01.

The hand book seems to suggest 503 00 but I read on here 504 00

What is the difference and Have I got the right one?

Ref the attached chart, the 503 01 oil is for standard and long life services on specific petrol engines. This suggests it may be of a slightly higher spec than 503 00 oil. I'd be happy to leave the oil in for 12 months / 10,000 miles but you could ask Opie Oils (who are a main agent for Fuchs) for their opinion
