Totally agree, that is why I had the whole of front suspension/brakes/rotors/pipes replaced/overhauled last MOT. In July…. will totally overhaul the rear. Will hopefully last years

That is a very good question and I have my suspicions that there is no difference but I’ve never tried swapping none oss with oss spring so I’m speaking with no real authority

It may seem expensive, but a month payment on a new corsa is £250. These parts you are replacing, some of them have probably done 15 years service. Prices of parts on modern cars make A2 parts look extre cheap……hence insurance premiums are increasing to meet the costs.
