Yes that is a good number for the gasket. Just make sure the one you buy has the 2 extra tracts of blue silicon on it..

As for anything else that depends on the condition of the water pipes. Is an ideal time to have the temperature sensor replaced with a good OEM one.
As far as difficulty goes for a mechanic quite easy but can still take a couple of hours with gaining access, stripping, cleaning, reassembly then getting the car to run. This depends on your mechanic, experience and any other issues.
Have your mechanic remove and reseal the rocker cover gasket, making sure he is aware of the process...
