Pinch Bolt Torque Setting

I have searched the forum looking for the torque settings for pinch bolts N10207804 and found 2 different values - 60Nm and also 40Nm on different threads. Looking to replace these and wondered which is the correct one!

If anyone is looking - I found some genuine nuts and bolts at Brighton Audi, very helpful chap in parts dept who posted them out to me.
 
60 NM + 90 degrees. but before you do that check the max torque for the thread size and grade of bolt.

The answer is the answer and a quick check of the max torque on a 10.9 M12 is something like 60 Nm + 90. What I would like to know is why the threaded end should face the forward direction of travel 🤷‍♂️.
