pollen filter and elsawin CD workshop discs

anyone bought the vag workshop CDs for an A2? I did but vendor gave no setup instructions and I cannot start it up. No further than entre your name and presumable after that there will be a serial number.

Vendor is not very helpfull so far -- datadiscs on e bay.

I cannot find the slider cover for the pollen filter on my car - but there is a single screw that may be the key - no one has mentioned this in other threads.

I assume all A2s have a filter?

Right near the glove box. in passengers footwell. There ist no screw for the pollen filter.
And the filter for the engine is on the bottom of the car.
Remove the big casing under the engine.

Have you studied the pictures posted by Emm (see post no 3 of the attached thread) as they give quite a clear procedure for replacing the pollen filter.
