Rattle from the rear headrest!

Does anyone have a solution for this?

It's the one on the passenger side (if that makes a difference).

It "buzzes" pretty much continuously.

i used to have an annoying rattle from the back set rea i pinned it down to the bench locating pins so all i had to do was put the back seat forward and put a bit of masking tape or slice a small bit of carpety tape to fit along one side only of the locating pin and then they were a more snug fit in their holes . This worked well because the carpet tape had a bit of padding in it

For me at least it wasnt the head rest it was the bench locating pin on both sided buty the drivers was much worse for me
