Stafford audi full service

I was thinking about going for a full service with audi's offer. Is this service worth paying the extra than a standard vw independent. I'm guessing many of these things would not be carried out at a non audi dealer. What audi longlife oil do they put in? (x)w(xx).

I can't see any details but can you get a car while the service is being carried out there? I know its only for a couple of hours.
