hi i,ve got the 14 tdi 75
does anyone know if there is an easy way to fit a boost gauge without me drilling inlet manifold [pics would be helpfull thanks]
Hi blue
I don't know of any club members fitting a boost gauge but the multi function Scangauge (see link) may be able to monitor intake manifold pressure.
I know its not the same, but why not invest in a VagCom cable so you can check fault codes in addition to monitoring / graphing turbo boost and all other engine parameters http://www.a2oc.net/forum/showthread.php?t=6044&highlight=display
hi spike thanks for your reply
i,ve fitted the boost gauge now there are two hoses running up from turbo across engine bay. one is boost the other is waste gate so i put T piece in boost hose to plumb in gauge and bleed valve in waste gate to up it slightly
