Hi all

Does anybody else notice this too? In first gear when accelerating to around 2000rpm (when the turbo kicks in) you can feel the turbo coming in as the car speeds up, however there is also the feeling / noise similar to clutch slipping / juddering.

Is this normal? doesnt happen in the other gears as you go through them.

Not on mine (37900m). Is it traction control cutting in?

Hi all

I dont see the traction light coming on, plus im not accelerating hard...

In first when it hits 2000 rpm, maybe its a bit of lag whilst the turbo kicks in?

As everyone knows the 90 TDi has a dual mass flywheel. Just wonder if it is a transient condition around peak torque where the vibration damping spring system within the flywheel is sorting itself out.

Hi spike

Perhaps, I have just had a brand new flywheel and clutch fitted though :)

I think it may be down to the turbo first spinning up, as after the first time it doesnt do it at all
