[Wheel Hub Cap] - Repair Attempt

This is another one of my attempts.

The pictures are pretty much self-explanatory. Tools/supplies that were used:

1. Aluminum flat bar - 2mm thick
2. M4 pan head screws, bolts, washers.
3. Polyurethane glue/sealant.
4. Hammer, vise, drill.

The only clever bit was to give the aluminum pieces of flat bar a shape by using a large socket or piece of pipe. I used a 36mm socket clamped on the vice. Also, you have to be careful about the length so that it matches the rest of the damaged lugs. In addition the position of the hole for the screw to go in. A bit of filing was required to give the screw a slight taper.

EDIT: Don't forget to make a couple of holes on the bottom bit for the glue to bite into.
