The 1.2tdi has a Cd of 0.25, changing trims will probably make minimal/no difference however other bits will, I’d take a stab its about 0.21 Cd unless he’s done more underbody in which case maybe a little better.
Mods however will only gain minimal improvements as the current 94mpg may only get him to say 100-105 mpg as the mods make no difference to urban driving I’d suspect.

Mira did some testing with an A2 and found the largest benefits came from grill blocks and a full body undertray:
