Yes I know, but if you can force the window down a bit (as suggested above), some wire can be used to pull the latch.The OP said that his only key is in the car!
Don't forget, this area of the forum is visible to the public and the search-engine crawlers. Might be worth a second thought before posting suggestions on how to break into a locked A2. Nothing wrong with being helpful, but sometimes doing it via PM might be the better medium.

It's one of the microswitches in the door lock mech. Often there's a bad solder joint because they didn't use leaded solder in manufacturing. But that's not the only mode of failure. There will be more detailed info about it on here.Where is the door-open sensor?
