Both front and rear are unsuitable for 18" with anything but the skinniest tyres on them.

what probs would you expect with 215/35 tyres?

Erm, no longer got full lock but its only the last 1/8 turn of the wheel. The rears scrub occasionally but should be sorted with stiffer springs and dampers. They're 225/40 18 I would'nt recommend it to anyone cos they're a bitch to put on!!!!

BTW i have 25mm spacers on the rear which stop the scraping on the inside of the arches.

Take it that they're TT 9-spokers? What's the offset of them?

They're multifit reps with ET35. Nice and beefy.

If they're 8J x 18" wheels with ET35 offsets, I'm surprised you needed 25mm spacers - I would have thought that they'll be rubbing on the outside if anything.

They rubbed on the inside at first. I put the spacers on and now they rub when there's a load in the back. Getting stiffer springs and dampers to put on at the weekend so that'll sort it.
