Bespoke Club Branded Number Plate Surrounds

Evening,

Here is a shot of one of the surrounds fitted to the front of my car, fitment was simple on the front as I just used the holes someone else put in the bumper for a screw in each corner of the number plate. Rear surround not yet fitted as I need some double sided sticky pads from halfords. I'd rather screw it on but unsure where to drill holes (original holes broke like most A2s):

Please excuse the non Audi number plates, Leicester Audi will be getting a visit tomorrow for some Stealer plates.

I am still wrapping them up so they will be posted first thing in the morning, soon as the Post Office opens.

Morning All,

I have now posted all 25 packages containing the surrounds as per the below spreadsheet:

The front fitment was simple as I used the holes a previous owner provided for me. 6mm Halfords double sided sticker pads will be as good if you have no/dont want any holes:

The rear fitment was simple as I used 6mm Halfords sticker pads. I would have preferred screws but too nervous about drilling when I don't know where to locate the holes without damaging anything behind:

You should have these fitted to your car before the weekend (Welsh Social) which is a week earlier than recently anticipated.

The remaining 41 pairs will be handed to the Admin Team during the Welsh Social but I can send easily send any out prior to then, get your order in fast.

Off to Leicester Audi in a minute to get Dealer Plates. £30 a pair is expensive but the A2 deserves it after recently getting to 200'000 miles.

eBay pressed aluminium plates would have been cheaper.

Fitted number plate surround as soon as I got home. Looks great. New plates to be ordered and more secure fittings and centralisation needed but very happy. Thanks again Tom.

Parcel arrived with surrounds safely all intact today, they look superb and will add some Anorak cred to myself and enhance the A2, many thanks for your insight ,time,energy and effort to have this Quality product produced and supplied for Klub Members .

If there is anyone out there who is thinking of purchasing a pair or 2 just look at the pictures to see how great they look. The quality is absolutely brilliant.
