Another Jaipur Steve? That's as many through your hands in the last couple of months, as I've ever seen on the road!
Yes got lucky mate. Bought pretty much blind but has cream leather and only 85k. Appears to be a Euro spec car as well because of the Matt black mirrors, door handles and a few other cues.

Yes Vortex kit
Where did you buy it from?
I’m lucky mine came with the car from factory :)

As you may know full votex kits are getting rare especially with the spoiler :)

I’d say your looking at £600 ish for a votex kit on here without a spoiler

If you want the spoiler your going to be waiting for a long time and your probably looking around the £1000 mark for the whole kit :)

Thanks :)

Oh are you back to the A2 graveyard set of cars - I thought that had fallen through

Keep me in mind for silver bumpers please prity please :) I can pay in nappies :)
Yes mate, he suddenly got back in touch. The silver one at the end has already been broken, the Jaipur one is my current rescue project, the black 90 he is hanging onto for a while and the FSI shown is my current breaker. Still plenty more to do mind, some for saving and others for parts.

Are you looking for mint silver bumpers? I thought you would have painted yours?

I did paint mine but the rear bumper had some marks in it and plastic does not fill well on a long term basis
The front also as some marks etc
They don’t need to be mint ones but the nicer the better
Cheers. Paul

If any of them are Cobalt and don't have a front full of stonechips, I could do with a bonnet and bumper. Decent rear wheel arches too.

Potentially very interesting! When's this one's turn in your garage?

My full shopping list for decent Cobalt panels includes not just the bonnet, front bumper and rear arches, but also both front wings, both nearside doors, both mirror shells and the lower tailgate panel, these all need attention on mine. So does the rear bumper, but being PDC that will probably have to go into the paint shop.

Yesterday I spent few hours with a soft toothbrush and a bottle of Zymol leather cleaner to bring back the seats and steering wheel to their original glory. Not too much dirt to begin with but I suspect the seats were never cared for properly. Once fully cleaned I've used Gtechniq L1 leather-guard to protect the leather.

Amazingly enough this deep cleaning brought back to life the nice leather smell too.

If anyone in my area has bumpers of use to Paul @depronman then its likely I will be visiting him in the next few weeks, so could deliver.

Not necessarily today but thought I'd get round to putting it up...
Fitted the rear whiteline ARB a few weeks ago. Was a bit dubious at any improvement but it's fairly obvious as soon as you turn into a tight corner it transforms the car.
It's far more fun to drive, at legal speeds it turns in and stays neutral with much more grip and gives confidence in the front end.
Well worth the money and took no more than 30 mins to fit.
