Today I.....

Not necessarily today but thought I'd get round to putting it up...
Fitted the rear whiteline ARB a few weeks ago. Was a bit dubious at any improvement but it's fairly obvious as soon as you turn into a tight corner it transforms the car.
It's far more fun to drive, at legal speeds it turns in and stays neutral with much more grip and gives confidence in the front end.
Well worth the money and took no more than 30 mins to fit.
Which setting are you using? I'm still on mid as I've been using other A2's since fitting mine. It made a noticeable difference, looking forward to getting some time with it.

Did you go for the 20mm or the 22mm?

Yesterday I spent few hours with a soft toothbrush and a bottle of Zymol leather cleaner to bring back the seats and steering wheel to their original glory. Not too much dirt to begin with but I suspect the seats were never cared for properly. Once fully cleaned I've used Gtechniq L1 leather-guard to protect the leather.

Amazingly enough this deep cleaning brought back to life the nice leather smell too.

Now floating in beige heaven :)
👍

Looks stunning but then i am biased. Only one problem, those dirty pedals are standing out like a sore thumb. 🙂

Much better. :p 👍

It's an easy job but a bit of a phaf - an old towel underneath to protect the carpet a small receptacle for soapy water and hope your flexible enough to get down there.

Liking your fresh new mats, are you going to Kimbolton this Sunday, would be good to see this beauty of yours.
I'd love to join you good people at Kimbolton but I'd should be working all weekend. Very tempting though. I might reconsider before tomorrow...

Прошу прощения за английский, я из Белоруссии. Для активации на экране стандартной «полу» приборки показаний расхода топлива (тока) - нужно изменить кодировку приборной панели на 06145

I'll add a translation of bono05's posts.

The first (according to Google Translate) says:
Key facts, tips and tricks

The second says
I apologize for the English, I'm from Belarus. To activate the standard “semi” tidy fuel consumption (current) readings — you need to change the dashboard coding to 06145
