Today back up to Newcastle from Cornwall. Virtually identical conditions to last week and set off time. 58mph (same as last week) average and got 75.0mpg on Tesco diesel. Last week 75.5 with BP Ultimate, so as far as I can tell it makes no difference to economy at all, will start putting the data in one of the fuel threads.

I don't know if you know about it, but I use the Fuelly app - see my signature "spoilers" for details. I've found it's great for keeping tabs on mileage and noticing trends.

Just been looking at the bilstein B4 suspension set on e bay £170 the set of 4 ..my question is is it lower than standard ..is it a much firmer ride ..before spending out would like honest opinions ..I don’t want harder ride ..

Exactly as I have found in the past
But try other supermarket fuels particularly Asda and Morrison’s and there is a small decrease in economy

I'm currently using Costco "premium" fuel when I can ... This is allegedly clean like Branded fuel, and I've not had occasion to doubt it.

Big upgrade 256mm to 288mm with my A2 today. A while ago I purchased some front hubs from a 2004 Fabia vrs, I had to fit them this weekend due to my ceramic pads falling apart mid week.

Old set up ate power discs with ceramic pads:

Trying APEC discs and pads for now.

Finished brakes off with some braided lines.

This is what they look like behind 16” wheels

Very happy with today.
Only modification I had to do was enlarge hole on brake line bracket for new braided ones everything else was straight forward.
