Finally picked up Audrey form the bodyshop where she had been delivered back from
@timmus / Tomās in Lancaster from having all the upgrades done. She is fully dressed-lacquer peeled and now sports fully resprayed wings, door mirrors, door handles, roof and rear bumper (as she now has parking sensors / PDC fitted thanks to
@rosscanning selling me the complete setup needed:

Thereās a slight colour mid-match between the bonnet (which was painted separately along with the roof and bumper) and the front wings. The bodyshop have asked me to let it cure a week or two in case it settles down (I doubt it will based on past experience but happy to humour them); theyāve offered to redo the bonnet and wings together for free if Iām not happy.
I did previously post the updated view of some of the upgrades Tom has fitted to the cockpit but here they are again:

Plus here are the new keys with a knackered old one for comparison:

A very enjoyable 10 minutes exploring the colour DIS was had just now after I paired my phone with the Audi Bluetooth and streaming functionality after having clicked my phone into itās now neatly hardwired charging cradle - all I can say what a transformation! All in all and with the subtle new sports wheel with multifunction controls, at least a decade has been wiped off how old the car āfeelsā now. Iāll do a proper write-in my blog thread in due course.
Also I fuelled up on the way home and even with all the moving around on/off trailers and into / out of workshops etc. the car will undoubtedly have been doing over the last few months, Spritmonitor tells me the tank average is 55mpg so happy with that, hoping for somewhere close to 60mpg next full-up - especially with current fuel prices!!!
Really looking forward to growing old with this now-uniquely special A2. The car now feels at least a decade newer than it really is both in terms of condition and also the feel of it, if that makes sense.
