For info, there are 5 pitches with electric hook-up which are normally intended for caravans and motorhomes. They cost £18.50 compared to £15 for a normal tent pitch.
From the guest list, one motorhome and 3 tent pitches have asked for electric so the campers would have the option of reserving a pitch at the higher price.
If no additional caravans or motorhomes join the party then the 'electric' requirements are covered

The site owner is a good friend so I'll check if there are preferential rates for tents who need a bit of power. I'll also ask if tents can share a hook-up should demand increase. No tents with range cookers or MG welders allowed :D

Darren - there is electric in the barn

Tent pitches. Sorry, the price per standard tent pitch is £15. Somewhere along the line the price and fact there are 10 pitches got mixed up
Anyone wanting electric will need to reserve one of the 5 'hook-up' pitch at £18.50

There is a large gas BBQ on site - with gas bottle but no tools that I could see

Hi @Teresa both myself and Angie would like to attend, we are hoping Max will be with us as well. The only issue I have is we would need electric for our tent as it's for a medical requirement, if that is possible we would love to join you all for the Saturday and Sunday. Angie will of course capture the whole event on camera for the club site and Facebook page?

I'm going to go through the list at the weekend and work out who would like what. We have quite a few people staying off site so i am sure we can work something out . Wil be lovely to see you all again

How do we book for the night from Friday to Saturday?I don't want to set up the tent for just 1 night if I can help it! Thanks!

Hi, I'm going to do a plan of who we have down for what and then see how that works out in terms of space over the weekend. We will the sort out the bookings and then contact everyone directly to confirm bookings and arrange payment . I've made a note that you would like space on the Friday as well as the Saturday if possible (we may also be seeing if we can do that too)

Thanks, Teresa! Have the notifications on for anything that comes on on this thread, that's how much I am anticipating this! ?(I am also the sort of person that books 4 months in advance ?).
 
@Teresa, hope your well, just checking on the coming camp social, do we have any idea on electric hook up as this is a determining factor for myself? All the best, Mark.

Whilst we await T's formal reply, I know that Murdo has a multi pin extension lead that he would be willing to share and that Ian is also amenable to forego power or share power. It is looking positive for you.

That's good to know Darren Thank you. It is required for night time only, but it is a must unfortunately. I really hope this can be sorted as both myself and Angie need a weekend away to unwind a bit?
