Just now waiting for my 1/2 inch to 3/8 adapter to arrive so I can get the lambda out!

Can you warm it up a little with a blow torch, the sort used for plumbing ..
Today I tried to remove the rear o2 sensor... I think it’s going to stay until I get a new exhaust as it’s not moving.

I’ve removed loads of these mate and they never come out with brute force, even with a breaker bar. You need to put a ring ended spanner on it (bloody big one too from memory) and shock it by hitting the spanner with a hammer.
The front one was ok, that just needed force the rear one which on the fsi exhaust is the nox sensor as-well is in just an annoying place also just wont come out and I fear I will damage the exhaust mounts if I give it too much, I think I could use my hammer wrench on it but i can see this going wrong, so it’s staying there forever and an new exhaust is going on anyway as I want to use the GTi manifold rather than the fsi one I’m using at the moment.

Yep that’s the one I’m taking about. Don’t blame you.
I have been following your Angry Bee project post by post, and just wanted to say that I really am enjoying and am interested in what you are sharing with us.
I am a FSI owner who appreciates the way the FSI drives, handles and "feels", and would love to have a little more power and a lot less vulnerability under the hood.
THANK YOU for taking the time to give us ongoing updates, and that you include your frustrations, challenges and progress makes it even more real.
Keep up the great work!
my experience level is quite low, have done a few car electric bits in the past, but mechanical bits everything is very much my first time!
