Hi Louis,
First off, I think it would be wrong to close this thread. It has many views, and some good and honest advice.
Closing a thread because of negative feedback or challenging posts is really not the answer.
You are trying to run a small venture, and would do better in letting any issues surface and deal with them in a professional and appropriate manner, however I don't think you need to respond to every post.
Bullying will never be tollerated on the A2OC but you do need a reasonably thick skin to sell services on an owners club, so the way you conduct yourself in the testing times will show what sort of business person you are.
Remember - word of mouth is more powerful than any advert or series of photos.
A peice of advice from a very old fool......learn humility and polish the customer-service skills.
Never advertise anything incorrectly, even with good intention as it appears you had.. It WILL come back and bite you!
Your customer has notified you of a complaint, you ought to deal with this to their satisfaction and not assume you are right.
NEVER think Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware) or you will go down the dark rabbit hole of being thought of as one of those unscrupulous car traders who's only interested in taking a punters cash and profiteering.
Of course you should not have to make your dealings public, but the matter should be fully resolved to all parties satisfaction.
I would then expect your customer to comment further advising all matters have been resolved fully when they are satisfied
This will gain you credibility as an honest entrepreneur
Good luck in sorting out this issue and in all you do.
Cheers
Jeff
