... to drop the silver one and collect the recently advertised Cobalt blue one. In the end we did a trade deal between us as the work it needed before retail was beginning to look as though it might take more of Steve's time than he could justify. A fair deal was done, and here we are ...
... finally, all ready for return leg to Sussex, some 230 miles away.
That's quite a few miles, esp as I'd returned from the boat fairly late the night before, so another 180 miles there as well. Morning after was the last bit for the trailer as I collected a 911 for major surgery. Trailer now tucked away for a while. Probably.
I've put the A2 into my name (rather than into the trade holding pattern option which adds no owners). I have briefly driven it: update to follow at some juncture. Ultimately though the overall plan is to get one of the FSi's properly sorted, ditto this and then back to back them. One stays, one goes. The plan is to end up with one A2, but whether that ever happens I don't know. I seem to have ended up with eleven cars which is bonkers, so there's going to be a major sell-off in the next few weeks. You can, it seems, have too much of a good thing ...
