okies... looks like my sister, her husband and their two kids will also be joining us.

That means there are four of us up for a group price. Anyone else? It's £9/head.

Well I have a very simple job Mike, I had someones bike in my car and one of the handbars hit the interior roof bit, its gone back almost but it still has a fingertip bump..

It is about 3 inches infront of the rear interior lights (halfway between where sunroof starts).. can the board material behind the fabric be pushed back down easily?

Second thing I will remember to bring my logbook because I forgot it and you was going to write service date in their for me :)

thanks mike

Once again you organized a great social mike. Thankyou. The weather is still hot and the wind has dropped.
We are enjoying it so much we are staying untill wes.

It was great to see you all and looking forward to the next one.

Cheers

David and Paul

So, you got the Blackberry working then??

Glad to say that I've managed to have a jacket potato for dinner, so my thwarted taste-buds are now satisfied!!;)

I'll join you though in praise for A2sumo - another fine social Mike and thanks for booking the weather!!

Cheers,

Mike

Yes the BlackBerry works sometimes when it feels like it!

I am glad you had your jacket potato. I hope it was nice.

Sorry about that...had every intention of driving over on the Sunday with the Wife and baby, but was then reminded by my sister that it was my Mums 60th Birthday ...nearly forgot that one.
So sorry, but will do my best to turn up at the next social.

Steve

Camping social.

Hi all, would just like to say 'THANK YOU' to SUMO(social) and MIKE(SKIP) for all the effort that you put into the event, i had a 'great' time and it was very nice meeting up again with all the A2'ers (old & new) the weather was made for camping!! so i'm looking forwards to the next event, whatever that may be, finally, must say HELLOW to all the Ladies who attended, what would we do without you??? by' for now,
cheers ALAN.

Aww looks like you all had a great time. I looked at John's photos - it was cool to see all the A2s lined up! Hope to join you at a future social. My little car is in a bit of a state compared to yours though - I might feel embarrassed! I should say that I brought it like that though... bumper is broken and alloys corroded. One day I'll get round to fixing them so my A2 looks its best as well :)

you are more than welcome at any social and please do not concern yourself about the condition of your car.please keep an eye on the socials section for upcoming events.
cheers mike

I would have liked to have made this my first social. We visited Warwick Castle on a wet cold day in feb' and vowed to go back later this year when the weather was nicer and the jousting etc were on but events conspired to make us miss this social which would have been perfect.

The good news is after a bit of cajoling we bought an Outwell tent outfit ast week and a few bits and bobs so are going to give the camping malarkey a go as a family (usually do it on my own on the motorbike) and should be ready for the next one. Could be fun with a 10mth old . :p

PS Loving the white A2, can't say I have ever seen one of those in the flesh.
