Well finally booked in now as it looks like the prices are staying as they are. So how many are staying the Friday night and have booked for the 1st night dinner ?????

hi phil vonnie and i will be there for friday night and a meal but i havent booked it. last year we did but it wasn't needed.good meal last year with the bonus i bought 3 bottles of wine but only got charged for 1 RESULT.
not long now is it really.cheers mike

I have been reading hilton swindons reviews.. They dont look too good esp. for the restaurant. I was going to book in fri night with dinner as well.

Hi Richard,
I wouldn't complain about the meal that we had last year on the Friday night, and the breakfast was plentiful with loads of variety.
 
oh yes riverlad i think your services would be most welcome again--i hope to have the bbq on the go again weather permiting.really hope we get a great turn out and even get to see a colour storm this year?
richard the meal was good last year,if i remember correctly there were about 7-9 of us and no complaints.

Just back from Hols and tried to book the Hilton, but no space !! We booked with Premier Inn across the road, 2 nights @ £58

We are all looking forward to it !
 
I booked a twin room for 2 nights early this morning.. They don't have a double :(

Push the beds together then you do ;), the rooms are going thick and fast now, i hadn't recieved my conformation so rang them today just to make sure as i didn't want to miss out (all sorted) see you all there

Its looking good, should be a great turn out at this rate.

With all the hassel i had getting sat off this year, I have now booked fri sat for 2011:D.

If anyone still needs to book a room at the Swindon Hilton, it would seem they have released more rooms. As I know someone that booked a double room online this afternoon, and doubles, family and deluxe rooms were all available.

Richard may be worth you giving them a ring and seeing if they can alter your booking.
 
I did put in the notes for a double if available and I also clicked on the upgrade for £10 per night to a king deluxe room.. I called but they won't change it unless I cancel (no refund) and re-order.. I shall leave it til check-in :)
 
apart from Malcolm, is there any one else interested in doing a session on the track? They are allowing other VAG, non-audi cars this year which may mean a whole load of cars. If we gather enough interest, we can book an A2 session (minus Malcolm, he is going to be too fast ;) ). Anyone want to join me and Carl for more synchronised-grass-mowing?
