Depends if you're up for DIY or not. If you are, buy a used manifold, clean and refurb it, then swap it over, or get a mechanic to do the swap.
If not, find a VAG Indie, with FSI experience, who can do everything for you. Once it's done, use only 98/99 octane fuel, from big brand (Shell Nitro for me), and you'll not have to worry again.
